Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii ʻOhana Rewards Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) Official Sweepstakes Rules (“Official Sweepstakes Rules)

ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18 years of age and older as of January 5, 2024, except for employees of Bad Ass coffee of Hawaii (“Sponsor”) and their affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively “Sponsor Parties”), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited. Must be a member of our ʻOhana Rewards loyalty program in order to have a chance of winning. Only one loyalty account per person is eligible for entry. 

PRIZES: One free Bad Ass Latte or Brewed Coffee reward will be made available via winner’s loyalty accounts each week for 52 weeks following the month of award. Free drinks awarded each week must be used within 7 days or will be forfeited. 

• January 2024 Winner Award Schedule: One free Bad Ass Latte or Brewed Coffee reward will be made available via the January winner’s account each week for 52 weeks from February 2024 – January 2025. Each week, reward will expire 7 days after receipt and drop off the member’s account if not used.
• February 2024 Winner Award Schedule: One free Bad Ass Latte or Brewed Coffee reward will be made available onto the February winner’s account each week for 52 weeks fromMarch 2024 – February 2025 Each week, reward will expire 7 days after receipt and drop off the member’s account if not used.
• March 2024 Winner Award Schedule: One free Bad Ass Latte or Brewed Coffee reward will be made available onto the March winner’s account each week for 52 weeks from April 2024 – March 2025. Each week, reward will expire 7 days after receipt and drop off the member’s account if not used.
• April 2024 Winner Award Schedule: One free Bad Ass Latte or Brewed Coffee reward will bemade available onto the April winner’s account each week for 52 weeks from May 2024 – April 2025. Each week, reward will expire 7 days after receipt and drop off the member’s account if not used.
• May 2024 Winner Award Schedule: One free Bad Ass Latte or Brewed Coffee reward will bemade available onto the May winner’s account each week for 52 weeks from June 2024 – May 2025. Each week, reward will expire 7 days after receipt and drop off the member’s account if not used.
• June 2024 Winner Award Schedule: One free Bad Ass Latte or Brewed Coffee reward will bemade available onto the June winner’s account each week for 52 weeks from July 2024 – June 2025. Each week, reward will expire 7 days after receipt and drop off the member’s account if not used. 
• July 2024 Winner Award Schedule: One free Bad Ass Latte or Brewed Coffee reward will bemade available onto the July winner’s account each week for 52 weeks from August 2024 – July 2025. Each week, reward will expire 7 days after receipt and drop off the member’s account if not used. 
• August 2024 Winner Award Schedule: One free Bad Ass Latte or Brewed Coffee reward will be made available onto the August winner’s account each week for 52 weeks fromSeptember 2024 – August 2025. Each week, reward will expire 7 days after receipt and drop off the member’s account if not used.
• September 2024 Winner Award Schedule: One free Bad Ass Latte or Brewed Coffee reward will be made available onto the September winner’s account each week for 52 weeks fromOctober 2024 – September 2025. Each week, reward will expire 7 days after receipt and drop off the member’s account if not used.
• October 2024 Winner Award Schedule: One free Bad Ass Latte or Brewed Coffee reward will be made available onto the October winner’s account each week for 52 weeks fromNovember 2024 – October 2025. Each week, reward will expire 7 days after receipt and drop off the member’s account if not used.
• November 2024 Winner Award Schedule: One free Bad Ass Latte or Brewed Coffee reward will be made available onto the November winner’s account each week for 52 weeks fromDecember 2024 – November 2024. Each week, reward will expire 7 days after receipt and drop off the member’s account if not used.
• December 2024 Winner Award Schedule: One free Bad Ass Latte or Brewed Coffee reward will be made available onto the December winner’s account each week for 52 weeks fromJanuary 2025 – December 2025. Each week, reward will expire 7 days after receipt and drop off the member’s account if not used.

Total prize value shall not exceed $432[TM1] . Any difference between the maximum prize value and the actual redemption value will not be awarded and any difference will not be refunded. Limit one prize per family or household. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded.

HOW TO ENTER: Beginning on January 5, 2024 at 12:00 AM Mountain Standard Time through December 31, 2024 at 11:59 PM Mountain Standard Time visit badasscoffee.com and click on the Sweepstakes button for the Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii ʻOhana Rewards Sweepstakes and follow the on-screen entry instructions. Fill in all required information. You may enter only once, no more than one entry per mobile phone number per household is permitted. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple mobile phone numbers, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. Alternatively, you may enter by sending a letter with the following:  full name and address, valid email address (if you do not have an email address, print “no email address”), valid telephone number and the words “ ʻOhana Rewards Sweepstakes”.  Mail entry to:  Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii, Attn: Marketing, 7347 S Revere Parkway, Building A Suite A, Centennial CO 80112.  

DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted on or about the first business day of each month in 2024 by Sponsor to select the winner[s] from among all eligible entries received. Entries carry from each month, so long as entrant is an ʻOhana Rewards member at time of random drawing.Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Potential winner[s] will be notified by phone. The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner. By entering this sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters. 

USE OF NAME AND LIKENESS: Acceptance of a prize also constitutes permission to the Sponsor Parties to use winner’s name and likeness for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. All federal and state laws apply.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering this sweepstakes, entrants waive all right to, and hold the Sponsor Parties harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Sponsor Parties will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant’s failure to receive prize notices due to entrant’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this sweepstakes; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or announcement of the prizes. If, in the Sponsor’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify this sweepstakes in a manner deemed reasonably appropriate by the Sponsor. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared made by the name on the online entry form. 

CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Oregon, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Deschutes County, Oregon.

WINNERS LIST: For the names of all prize winners, available after December 31, 2024, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Sponsor.
