Lei are points that you can earn as an ‘Ohana Rewards member. Lei may be redeemed for special offers, free drinks, exclusive discounts, and more.

No, you can join ‘Ohana Rewards without downloading the app. Sign up here and use your mobile browser to order online and earn Lei (points). You can also earn in-store by providing your phone number or email associated with your account upon checkout.

Online: When you use the app or online browser, you can earn Lei (points) by ordering ahead or scanning your loyalty card (on the app) in-store.

In-store: During checkout, scan your digital ‘Ohana Rewards card or provide your email or phone number associated with your account.

If you haven’t already, please check your email and reset your password to join our new program! Any previous points earned have been transferred to Lei.

Unless otherwise noted, Lei (points) are automatically added to your account within twenty-four (24) hours of your eligible purchase and expire 12 (12) months after the calendar month in which they were earned.

Online: You may view your available ‘Ohana Rewards offers in the inbox via the app or mobile browser.

In store: You may scan your digital card or provide your phone number or email associated with your account to inquire about your current rewards.

Online: During checkout, select “apply offer”

In-store: During checkout, scan your digital ‘Ohana Rewards card and ask your cashier to apply an offer. You may also provide your email or phone number associated with your account to redeem any eligible offers.

Lei (points) can take up to 24 hours to be added to your account. If you still don’t see points after 24 hours, be sure to check that you scanned your ‘Ohana Digital Rewards card during checkout or that you were signed in to rewards when ordering online.

Whether you forgot to scan your digital ‘Ohana Rewards Card or points have gone missing from your account, we are happy to help.

• Receipt if purchase was in last 30 days (if forgot to scan)
• Previous point balance + last transaction date/time (if missing points)
• Full name
• Phone number
• Email address

Yes, if you still have enough points, you’ll automatically receive another offer within one hour.

Unfortunately, we cannot combine rewards accounts. However, we can deactivate one and transfer the points and offers to the other one. To request a rewards deactivation and transfer, please contact us at ohanarewards@badasscoffee.com and provide the following information associated with both accounts:

• Full name
• Phone number
• Email address

In-Store: Yes you can earn Lei (points), when purchasing packaged coffee or merchandise in-store. Online: Packaged goods and merchandise are not available for purchase via online ordering or through the app at this time. Please note Lei (points) are not available when ordering via badasscoffeestore.com. Mahalo (thank you) for your understanding.

Classic gift cards: Can be purchased in-store from any participating Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii location.

Digital Gift Cards: Can be purchased online you can also add to your mobile wallet via the app.

Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii gift cards can be used at any participating location

In-Store:  During checkout, swipe your classic gift card  open your digital Gift Card page and scan the QR code.

Online:  After adding a classic or digital gift card to your rewards account in the Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii app, it can be selected as the payment method during checkout.
