At an elevation of 1600 feet, Miranda Farms’ unique weather patterns and volcanic soil create the perfect environment for growing exceptional coffee. The 100% Ka’u Red Catuai varietal, a hybrid of Mundo Novo and Caturra from Brazil, is celebrated for its clean, bright flavors and balanced acidity.
This single-origin light roast offers vibrant notes of apple, melon, and honey, creating a refreshingly smooth and sweet experience with each sip. The delicate and nuanced flavor of this Red Catuai varietal captures the essence of Miranda Farms and the beauty of Ka’u.

Far above the hubbub of Ali’i Drive, nestled along the slopes of Hualalai and Mauna Loa—the world’s largest active volcano—lies a curious region of Kona, Hawaii: The Kona Coffee Belt.
