"The cabernet of coffees". Our naturally processes Red Catuai is a mild to medium-bodied coffee that is both flavorful and aromatic, touched by a smooth, bright finish with taste notes of caramel and green apple.

THE NATURAL PROCESS
The Natural Process is the oldest way of processing coffee post-harvest. During this process, coffee is harvested from the coffee tree and left out to dry with the cherry still intact. The natural sugars from the coffee cherry impart unique flavors and aroma to the coffee bean in the process. While the drying process can take anywhere from 14-21 days, we think the results are well worth the wait.
